Here for you, and here to help
Everything you need to know about what we do, who we support, and how to get involved.
What we do
Mental Health Warriors is a Scotland-based charity supporting children and young people (ages 5–17) with their mental health. We provide centres, clubs, groups and respite for those experiencing mental health challenges or additional needs, and we make sure no one feels alone.
-
Clubs & groups
Football, book clubs, Rhythm & Groove and more, relaxed, friendly sessions led by our volunteers.
-
Someone to talk to
A friendly, non-judgemental ear when things feel heavy.
-
Events & activities
Getting out into the community together, plus our award-winning Summer Holiday Club.
-
Respite & additional needs
Support and respite for young people with additional needs, and a breather for their families.
